Two comments in one day from me, I'd say that officially declassifies me from a lurker reader and elevates me to a comment reader~~
Thank you for the comments about my blog and I'm delighted you discovered Jana as well. Everytime I go to her blog her photographs of her work, her walks (even if she won't claim to be a photographer, she certainly has an eye for it) delight my visual senses.
As for the adverstisments, I'm in the simple is better category. The bottom one is busy and distracting. In a way, it's great we have all this technology at our fingertips, the instant gratifications and such, but in that, I do believe we need balance to the hectic and simple is best in my humble opinion.
Thanks so much,
Rebecca

This is so nice. I appreciate your kind words. In truth, I am not a photographer, just learning to play with taking photos; that shot was taken with a lil point and shoot while walking with the kiddos to get an ice cream. I agree about the simple beauty---things appear to be more techno, noisy and saturated in color and pattern of late. I do interior design, so I love it when I get to take it back to the simple, if a project or client allow for it.

I will come back and visit, your space is lovely here.
