We usually only do business (my wife's cosmetic business) with people we already know or with referrals, establishing new friendships with social media & blogs. We just had a customer that we'll have to put in a pre-pay status, because of her lagging in payment.My mentality is like the Navy Seals, bonding friendships in this manner, trusted teamwork even in hard times.
