In wordpress, slugs are automatically created in 3 places: 1. When you write a post, your title is turned ito a slug (the-part-that-looks-like-this of the url) 2. When you create a tag 3. When you create a categoryBasically, the slug is the url friendly version of your words, no spaces/punctuation, just dashes between the words.
